CODESMASH CO., LTD. is the controller of information used for company enquiries and recruitment. This notice covers visitors to our website and people who email us. Company contact details appear below.

The website has no visitor account, application form or document upload. Applying opens your email app with our address and the role-specific subject. Your application documents reach us when you attach and send them yourself.

Email enquiries & applications

For enquiries, we receive the name, email, contact details, message and project information you send. For applications, we request a PDF CV / résumé and academic transcript, a short introduction and contact details. These may include your education, academic results, skills and work history. A portfolio link is optional.

We use application information to consider employment and, for unsuccessful applicants, suitability for other roles for one year from the date we notify you of the unsuccessful outcome. For business enquiries, we use information to respond and discuss your request.

We process information where necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or for legitimate interests in handling enquiries and recruitment, where applicable and balanced against your rights. Where specific consent is required, we will request it separately. Emailing us does not authorise unrelated uses or provide blanket consent.

Send only relevant information and redact unnecessary national ID numbers or sensitive details such as religion or health information. If essential information is missing, we may be unable to respond or assess the application.

Website, cookies & external links

The current website code does not install analytics or advertising trackers, set tracking cookies, or save applicant information in browser storage. The copy-email button writes only our company address to your clipboard when pressed; it does not read your existing clipboard.

Website infrastructure and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser information and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website. Opening map or social-sharing links, or using your email service, involves those services and their own privacy practices.

Access & service providers

Access is limited to authorised people handling the enquiry or recruitment, with safeguards appropriate to the information. Email, website infrastructure, security and backup service providers may process relevant information to provide their services. Disclosure to authorities is limited to what is lawfully required or justified.

Service-provider processing may involve storage or support in other countries. Any cross-border transfer must comply with applicable legal requirements and safeguards.

How long we keep information

If your application is unsuccessful, we retain your application records for one year from the date we notify you of the unsuccessful outcome, to consider suitability for other roles.

If your application is successful, we retain your application records throughout employment and for ten years after employment ends, as evidence relating to legal claims. This schedule concerns application records; other employee records may need separate retention information.

When the retention period ends, we delete, destroy or make records no longer identifiable, unless a specific legal duty or claim justifies limited further retention. This includes application emails, attachments and retained copies. Business-enquiry correspondence is kept until the enquiry and related follow-up are complete, unless further retention is required for a specific legal obligation or claim. Technical logs are handled under the relevant service provider’s operational and security retention rules.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, without affecting earlier lawful processing, and complain to the competent expert committee through Thailand’s Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
